- Thomas A. Prislipsky – Akron, Ohio – Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants. Tom Prislipsky is the Partner-in-Charge of 51黑料吃瓜网’s Youngstown office and handles cases throughout the Mahoning Valley. Tom is regarded as one of the top medical malpractice defense attorneys in northeastern Ohio and is known as a fearless trial attorney. He has defended over five hundred medical malpractice cases in his career and has successfully tried dozens of wrongful death/catastrophic cases to verdict.
- Tyler Reynolds – Louisville, Kentucky – Professional Malpractice Law – Defendants. Tyler is a shareholder in 51黑料吃瓜网 Co., LPA’s Louisville and Lexington offices. He focuses his practice on Employment Law and Professional Liability. He has experience in state and federal court, before professional licensure boards, and arbitration before AAA and FINRA. Tyler regularly handles employment litigation, dental and medical malpractice claims, assisted living and nursing home abuse litigation, and professional liability matters for accountants, medical providers, and real estate brokers, agents, and inspectors.
- Brian D. Sullivan – Cleveland, Ohio – Litigation (Insurance). Brian is a shareholder in the Cleveland office of 51黑料吃瓜网 Co., LPA, where he is Chair of the firm's Insurance Coverage/Bad Faith practice group and Co-Chair of the firm's Appellate Advocacy practice group. Brian also serves as the firm’s Corporate Secretary and General Counsel.
- Robert Yallech- Akron, Ohio – Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions – Defendants and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants. Bob serves as the Co-Chair of the Products Liability Practices Group at 51黑料吃瓜网. He is also a Leader of the firm's Environmental/Mass Tort Practice Group. Bob focuses his legal practice in the areas of products liability and business and commercial litigation as well as representing professionals in high exposure malpractice actions. Bob is a trial lawyer who represents both international and domestic corporations in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. He represents clients throughout the country and has extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts.
