Overview
A Shareholder based out of 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's Cleveland office, Julian serves as Chair of 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's Construction Liability practice group, as well as Co-Chair of 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s Environmental/Mass Tort/Class Action practice group. As it pertains to his Construction Liability practice, he has vast experience defending and prosecuting claims for and against owners, contractors, architects, and engineers. Also, he has represented manufacturers and suppliers in toxic tort litigation, including the representation of asbestos and talc defendants in various courts throughout Ohio. Julian further handles a very diverse range of matters, including General Casualty and Professional Liability.
Additionally, Julian is very involved at 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, sitting on 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s Law Clerk Hiring Committee and Diversity Committee.
Since 2012, Julian has served as an Adjunct Professor for Cleveland State University College of Law's Mock Trial Team, coaching second and third year law students in trial advocacy. Under his tutelage, their Mock Trial Team advanced to Nationals for the first time in the law school’s history. He is a member of various professional associations, including The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, The National Bar Association, and the Norman S. Minor Bar Association.

The Eighth District Court of Appeals affirmed summary judgment on behalf of the Clifton Club and Clifton Park Trustees related to a decades’ long property dispute involving access to Clifton Park property by non-resident members of the Clifton Club. The Plaintiffs, various residents of Clifton Park, first brought suit against the Trustees and Club in 2012, alleging that the Trustees improperly favored the Club as a beneficiary as a result.
